Air Force Branch - Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

Network (referred to as either "The Network" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Void Resonance.
Service refers to the Website or Supported Game.
Supported Game refers to ChilloutVR or VRChat.
Terms and Conditions (also referred as "Terms") mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Network regarding the use of the Service.
Third-party means any services or content including products or services provided by a third-party.
Website (also referred as "Form") refers to Void Resonance Waifu Air Force Form, accessible from https://vrchat.xyz/airforceapply
You (also referred as "Your") means the individual accessing or using the Website, or The Network, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before submitting a Form.
Changes may be made to these Terms without notice and it is Your responsibility to keep up to date with Our most current Terms.

There may be moderate content within events and as such, You have to be at least thirteen (13) years of age in order to apply for the Air Force Branch, no exception will be given.

The Network and its staff members shall not be held liable for any stress or duress caused by;

events held within Supported Game and/or Third-party VoIP

other clients within Supported Game and/or Third Party VoIP

Your feelings and emotions. You are responsible for Your own happiness.

You must always obey every, single command or instructions (within Supported Game ToS), given out by the Air Force CO, Air Force Director or The Senior Director.
If a command or instruction breaks any Network, Supported Game and/or Third-party then You don't do it, ever. Even if it were to come from The Senior Director themselves.
You must always ensure that, when attending Air Force events, a glass or bottle of water is nearby, failure to do so might result in Your Termination due to the complexity of events.

Once You have agreed, submitted the Form and been accepted in the Air Force Branch, the Terms and Conditions are in effect the moment of acceptance and are valid during the duration of You being in the Branch.

Air Force Branch - Termination

The Network may terminate or suspend Your Air Force Branch Rank immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if, at anytime, You breach these Terms and Conditions.
Upon termination, Your right to part-take in the Air Force Branch will cease immediately.
